What Is Neurofeedback?

Contemporary Neurofeedback Therapy serving Westchester,
Fairfield Counties, and surrounding communities.

  1. Neurofeedback is a therapeutic intervention that is highly effective at addressing the most intractable mental health and physiological conditions. Neurofeedback therapy provides more flexibility in brain structures and networks. It enhances the activation of the calming part of the nervous system responsible for rest, sleep and digestion while stimulating the brain hubs related to attention, focus and concentration. Neurofeedback allows access to parts of the nervous system which were not accessible previously; thereby allowing greater self-control, emotional awareness and expression.
